Нова година и нова надежда за живот! A new year and a new hope for life!
Здравейте,
новата година дойде,като веднага след това се наложи да се направи биопсия за да се уточни находката,в следствие на биопсията обаче направиха плевмоторакс на белия дроб и се наложи да я приемат в болница.При последващия скенер се установи,че плевралният излив е увеличен и находката е нарастнала с около 2 см.
В следствие на повишените туморни маркери и нарастнала находка,лекувашият ѝ лекар прекрати таргетната терапия и се наложи да продължи лечението ѝ с имунотерапия,която е единственият ѝ вариант към този момент.
След средата на месеца Вили изкара вирусна инфекция,която отново влоши общото ѝ състояние и наложи нов прием в болница,този път я приеха в Университетската болница във Франкфурт.Подложиха я на антибиотично лечение,преляха ѝ кръв и ѝ сложиха дренаж на белия дроб за да източат излива.
По време на престоя ѝ в болницата ѝ направиха ЯМР на галавата,за да проверят дали има метастази в мозъка. За щастие такива не откриха,но има активна лезия от МС,което наложи по стриктно следене на съпътстващото ѝ заболяване,тъй като в случаи като нейния имунотерапията е противопказна за МС.
След изписването ѝ от болницата на 12 февруари,Вили постепенно подобри физическото си състояние.Към момента продължава с вливките имунотерапия ,кръвните показатели се подобряват , а туморните маркери се понижават.
Това зарежда не само Вили,но и всички нас,които я обичаме, с нови сили и надежда!

Hello,
the new year came,and immediately afterwards a biopsy had to be done to clarify the finding,however as a result of the biopsy they did a pleumothorax of the lung and had to admit her to hospital.On the follow up scan it was found that the pleural effusion was enlarged and the finding had grown by about 2 cm.
As a consequence of the increased tumour markers and increased finding,her treating physician discontinued the targeted therapy and had to continue her treatment with immunotherapy,which was her only option at that time.
After the middle of the month, Willy developed a viral infection,which again worsened her general condition and necessitated a new hospital admission,this time to the University Hospital in Frankfurt.She underwent antibiotic treatment,blood transfusions and a lung drain to drain the effusion.
During her stay in the hospital she had an MRI of her head to check if there were any metastases in her brain. Fortunately they did not find any,but she has an active MS lesion,which necessitated closer monitoring of her comorbidities,as in cases like hers immunotherapy is antitussive for MS.
After her discharge from the hospital on February 12,Willy has gradually improved her physical condition.Currently she continues with the immunotherapy infusions,blood counts are improving and tumor markers are decreasing.
This gives not only Vili but all of us who love her new strength and hope!
