My name is George Peschersky, 36 years old, and I have been diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. I am appealing to you for help in raising funds for my treatment in Turkey.

The truth is that no one is prepared for this and no one believes they will need help, but here I am now sending my call to you.

6 months ago, our beautiful daughter Maria was born, but our happiness was overtaken by the grave diagnosis.
It all started April 2023 when I got sick, but for me it was just another virus. Time passed and I felt worse and worse - fatigue, headaches, joint pain, I lost 20 kg in 10 days. All these symptoms forced me to consult a doctor.
I was admitted to the hematology department at the University Hospital in Plovdiv. After the blood tests, it was found that I had a more serious problem. A biopsy was taken and I was sent to the Hospital of Hematology in Sofia. What followed was the longest and most excruciating 21 days, during which we prayed every day that the results would be good and that everything would just be a huge mistake.

After 21 days of waiting, the diagnosis was confirmed - lymphoblastic leukemia. We went to Turkey to seek a second opinion. The next day we were already in GAZIOSMANPASHA hospital in Istanbul. They repeated all the tests and in less than 36 hours, the results were out and the diagnosis confirmed.

Unfortunately, the amount of money for the treatment is unaffordable for our family and despite the great help from our family and friends, we need your help as well.
The offer for the treatment is 100 000 euros. So we ask for your help and support. We believe that together we can manage and raise the necessary amount.
