Hail angels, to the destinies of men!

I wanted to write to you for a long time, but I could not find the courage and strength to do it. I have decided because I am in a deadlock and very desperate! Problems and worries weigh heavily on me and you are my last hope.

We are a 7 member family. My name is Dimitrinka Ivanova, I am married with 3 children. I am a disabled person, with lifetime TELK and I cannot work , I can barely manage household chores. My two children are normal and my daughter Elena who is 19 years old is 100% disabled! (TELK) She has schizophrenia, moderate mental retardation, cavernous angiomas in the brain and epilepsy. We live in very difficult living , literally, inhumane conditions.Until recently we lived in lodgings,but this is no more so,for us. My father is very ill,but has no income (not for TELK) he is about to retire,in 1year,my mother is also not healthy and not at retirement age(no income).

The daily needs,of the family are taken care of by me and my husband,only he works. I fear for the health of my children and my ailing parents,who rely entirely on us as well as that of my husband and myself.

We have nowhere to turn for help, it is impossible to cope , and the situation is desperate. I beg you from the bottom of my heart for help , there is no one to help us I have spoken to an institution in our town , but nothing ! No one was interested , to come for a personal check up.4months ago I wrote to an organization , but I didn't get any answer from there either ! I have no idea where and to whom to turn for support! I care for my daughter 24/7 and it is very hard for her that we cannot provide her with the basic needs and she lives in such unhuman conditions! I have all the necessary documents to prove my daughter's condition and mine too! With the greatest respect from a mother asking for help and assistance!
