Здравейте, ангели на Божи!
В следващите редове ще напишем какво мина и какво предстои на нашия герой!❤️
Махнаха конците, всичко с клапата за сега е наред, след 3 месеца ги викат на контролен преглед и ЯМР, за да видят как се е повлиял мозъка.
Относно храненето - за сега остава със сонда, защото количеството мляко, което приема чрез нея не може да го приеме през устата, а най-важно в момента е да наддава. За 1 седмица е качил 350 гр, а от като са си дошли в България още 60 гр. След проведени пълни изследвания му смениха млякото с високобелтъчно и му изписаха лекарства и витамини.
Минаха невролог и направиха ЕЕГ, което за голяма радост е чисто, т.е. мозъка в момента е спокоен и няма епилептична дейност. За сега е рано да се каже каквото и да е, трябва да се проследи как ще се развие мозъка.
Положението с очичките му за съжаление не е хубаво.. в България доста неща са пропуснали от самото начало... 🙁
Иначе положението е частично отлепена ретината на дясното око и изцяло на лявото, което означава пълна слепота... 🙁
В болницата са искали да правят операция на дясното, за да запазят текущото му състояние. Родителите са отишли за второ мнение при проф.Хюсеин Йетик, който категорично отхвърли варианта за операция и иска да бъде следен, за да види как ще се развият очите след като налягането в главата спадне. Освен това в лявото око има кръвоизлив, който след като се резорбира, ще даде по-голяма яснота за състоянието на окото отдолу.
Бяха и в рехабилитационния център, където мислят да правят физиотерапия. Искат да отидат в най-скоро време за 2 седмици, за да го обследват хубаво, да видят какви са възможностите му и за направят план за действие.
Благодарим, че сте до Божи и не го оставяте и за миг. Пътят му е дълъг, ще пътуват през определено време за рехабилитации и изследвсния, но благодарение на вас ще го вървят по-спокойни. ❤️

They removed the stitches, everything with the flap is fine for now, in 3 months they are calling for a follow up and MRI to see how the brain has been affected.
As for feeding - he's staying with a tube for now because the amount of milk he's taking through it he can't take orally, and the most important thing right now is to gain weight. He has gained 350g in 1 week and another 60g since they came home. After full tests they changed his milk to high protein and prescribed him medication and vitamins.
They went through a neurologist and did an EEG which thankfully was clean, i.e. the brain is now calm and there is no epileptic activity. It is too early to say anything for now, we need to see how the brain develops.
The situation with his eyes is unfortunately not good.. in Bulgaria a lot of things have been missed from the beginning... 🙁
Otherwise the situation is partially detached retina of the right eye and completely of the left eye, which means complete blindness... 🙁
The hospital wanted to do surgery on the right one to preserve its current condition. The parents have gone for a second opinion to Prof Hussain Yetik who has firmly rejected the surgery option and wants to be monitored to see how the eyes develop once the pressure in the head drops. In addition, there is a haemorrhage in the left eye which once resorbed will give more clarity on the condition of the eye below.
They have also been to the rehabilitation centre where they are thinking of doing physiotherapy. They want to go in as soon as possible for 2 weeks to get a good look at him, see what his options are and make a plan of action.
Thank you for being by God's side and not leaving him for a moment. It's a long road, they will be traveling some of the time for rehabs and research, but thanks to you he will be walking it more relaxed. ❤️
