With pain and heaviness in my heart, I write these lines because every day is a fight for the life of my mother - my dearest Tanya. She has always been that bright ray in our family - kind, positive, funny, strong and willing to help anyone. But now that fate is testing us to the limit, the wheel of life has turned in ways we never would have imagined.

My mother suffers from severe pain and constant torture. For years, she struggled with serious small and large bowel issues - six major surgeries, each one a blow to her indomitable heart. The most recent surgery resulted in the removal of an ileostoma, and despite everything, the pain never left her at ease, and her daily life became a constant nightmare where every minute was a struggle with suffering. Every day she lives with excruciating suffering. Doctors in Bulgaria cannot give her an accurate diagnosis. The diagnosis given - Crohn's disease - does not fully explain everything she is going through. The treatment so far has not produced results.

Last year, my mother fell into a coma after a serious operation. She weighed only 25 kilograms then - as much as a child. Imagine a grown man, hunched over in a body weaker than a teenager's, fighting for every second of life. But she was a fighter. She came out of the coma. With a smile.

In Turkey they give us hope that our mother will heal and have a normal life again, but unfortunately the treatment is too expensive for us, so we turn to you, good people. Please, from the bottom of my heart and for the love of a woman who has always been the center of our world - help us. Help my mother to live.
