Ние, жителите на село Яковци, Еленски Балкан се обръщаме към Вас с молба за помощ да спасим нашият храм! През годините, колкото и да се променя света, винаги остава вярата, която да ни обединява и да ни дава сили. Такава е историята на храма "Света Троица" в с. Яковци.
Съграден през далечната 1879г изцяло с безкористната помощ на християните от енорията, той е обединявал и приютявал множество хора , тъй като селото е едно от най-старите в района. Днес той за съжаление се руши. Покрива е в изключително лошо състояние и има течове, които унищожават сградата. Също така е необходим дренаж, за да се отведат водите, които подкопават основите на храма.
През годините Светата обител е ставала жертва на множество кражби и оскверняване и са разграбени почти всички икони.
Нашата мечта е да възстановим храма, в който въпреки всички премеждия и до ден днешен се водят служби. Обръщаме се към Вас с молба, всеки който може да ни помогне ! Благодарим Ви предварително и бъдете здрави и благословени!

We, the inhabitants of the village of Yakovtsi, Jelenski Balkan are appealing to you for help to save our temple! Over the years, no matter how much the world changes, faith always remains to unite us and give us strength. This is the story of the "Holy Trinity" temple in the village. It is the story of the Holy Trinity.
Built back in 1879 with the selfless help of the Christians of the parish, it has united and sheltered many people as the village is one of the oldest in the region. Today it is sadly crumbling. The roof is in an extremely poor condition and there are leaks that are destroying the building. Drainage is also needed to take away the water that is undermining the foundations of the temple.
Over the years the Holy Shrine has been the victim of numerous thefts and desecrations and almost all of the icons have been looted.
Our dream is to rebuild the temple where, despite all the tribulations, services are still held to this day. We appeal to you, anyone who can help us ! Thank you in advance and be healthy and blessed!
