In just 24 hours, donors on the PavelAndreev.ORG global fundraising platform united to raise the funds needed for the treatment of 5-year-old Vani, who is fighting acute lymphoblastic leukemia.

The campaign reached 116% of its original goal, raising a total of €209,146.05 from 6,375 donors across different countries.

A Diagnosis That Changed Everything

This is a very recent story, beginning on March 1, 2026.

Vani’s mother reached out to people with words that no parent ever wants to say:

“I am writing to you as a mother who is afraid of losing her child.”

On that day, the family received the devastating diagnosis: acute lymphoblastic leukemia, one of the most serious forms of childhood cancer.

Vani is only five years old.

For years, his family has already faced another difficult challenge — Vani is a child with autism, requiring constant therapy and care since the age of two.

But on February 15, 2026, their lives became even more frightening when Vani suddenly collapsed in his mother’s arms.

Days of hospitals, medical tests, and fear followed.

Today Vani and his family are in Turkey, where doctors have given them a real chance for treatment.

But the chance for life comes with a cost.

The therapy requires €180,000, a sum far beyond what the family can afford.

“On March 3, 2026, Vani started therapy with corticosteroids, and today we are beginning the first chemotherapy session. With the requested payment of €51,650, the first one-month stage of his treatment will be carried out.”

This first step gives the family hope that the fight for Vani’s life now has a real chance.
