Само преди седмица-две с Мони се прибрахме от Турция, където й беше направена първата вливка на Екзозомна терапия!
По препоръка на лекуващия й невролог, тази терапия би повлияла добре на Мони, чисто емоционално, както и овладяване на епилептичния й статус.
Нужни са поне 6 курса терапия, за да има ефект, придружен с интензивна рехабилитация.
На този етап плана преди важната операцията на тазобедрените стави е такъв, терапия+ рехабилитация, и през месец-два да се прави ЕЕГ, за да проследяваме състоянието й.
Едва, когато взетите мерки дадат своя ефект върху Мони е с овладяна епилепсия, можем да прибегнем до интервенцията.
По думите на ортопеда и направената рентгенова снимка на ставите са една идея по-зле от последния път /месец юли/, нямаме много време за бавене, но за сега невролога не позволява да се извърши дадената интервенция, като се вземе предвид и анестезията през, която трябва да премине Мони, рискове на този етап не се предприемат.

Just a week or two ago Moni and I came home from Turkey where she had her first infusion of Exosome Therapy!
On the recommendation of her treating neurologist, this therapy would affect Moni well, purely emotionally, as well as controlling her status epilepticus.
At least 6 courses of therapy are needed to have an effect, accompanied by intensive rehabilitation.
At this stage the plan before the important hip surgery is this, therapy + rehab, and an EEG every month or two to monitor her condition.
Only when the measures taken have had their effect on Moni's controlled epilepsy can we proceed with the intervention.
According to the orthopaedic surgeon and the X-ray taken, the joints are one idea worse than last time /month of July/, we do not have much time to delay, but for now the neurologist does not allow to carry out the given intervention, taking into account the anesthesia through which Moni has to pass, risks are not taken at this stage.
