Марина и Никола Кацарски са отличени за постиженията им в рисуването, приложното изкуство и фотографията. 12-годишните млади таланти от Плевен са в топ 10 на даровитите деца на света, а рисунка на Никола лети в Космоса. Седмокласниците развиват изявените си творчески таланти в Националното училище по изкуствата “П.
