Hello dear well-wishers!

Simonka's surgery was done on 10.07.2023. It was very hard and long. Things turned out to be more complicated than we thought. The tumor had covered the spinal cord itself and it was very difficult for the doctors to remove it,because as you know,everything is done there under a microscope. Thank God, the operation went well, but due to swelling and inflammation, Simona is now completely immobile from the shoulders down, on ventilator breathing for almost two weeks and is fed through a tube. Unfortunately, by law, she cannot be kept in the Italian hospital anymore,because of the ventilator, we are just foreigners.... So we have to transport her to Bulgaria by air ambulance. As you know,our country does not have one,so we are waiting for exact offers from Italy,the price will vary between 20 000-29 000 euro. This amount is currently unaffordable for us. So we appeal to you again: PLEASE HELP TO BRING THE SMILE BACK TO THIS GIRL'S FACE! I have uploaded the milestone epicrisis from the hospital, and in a few days I will upload the ambulance quote. Moni hasn't lost faith that she will get better, please help make this happen! I am attaching a photo from the hospital,which shows how despite everything Simone is smiling. There is tremendous strength and will to live in our fragile girl! We believe that everything will get better. Thank you!
