Hello, dear Donors! I would like to share with you some information about Nelis' condition and give a brief account of the available funds.

First I will start by saying that we have finished the Immunotherapy. After the last course, we did an MRI and specific blood and urine samples were taken. Thank goodness the results of all of them were good. At the moment there are no new growths.

Bone marrow aspiration and biopsy was also done in order to control and adequately make a follow-up treatment plan. The results are also good. Considering the results of all controls and in consultation with other doctors, a new treatment plan was drawn up. In order to preserve the result obtained from the treatment carried out so far, we will continue with maintenance therapy, which includes intravenous chemotherapy every two weeks in the hospital and intake of oral chemo for 21 days with 7 days of rest every month. The duration of this therapy, if the disease does not return and the condition remains as it is now, Nellis faces at least two more years of treatment. We will have to travel that road as well to keep our daughter alive.

We are doing a reckoning and the monthly costs for treatment alone are about 10 thousand leva. Every three months we have follow-up scans, MRIs and a number of other tests, which means even more costs. Also, the blood indicators are still not quite right, which requires periodic blood and platelet transfusions. The currently available funds are 150 thousand leva. This shows that we could not do it alone and we will hope for your support to finish what we have started together.
