Скъпи приятели,
Престоят ми в Турция продължи повече от очакваното, но вече се прибрах вкъщи. Проф. Хакан Аър от болница Аджибадем Алтунизаде направи изключително сложна операция, с продължителност около 12 часа. По време на нея ми беше направена лицева реконструкция ( ляв улнарен клап на предмишницата, илиачна костна присадка, реконструкция на орбиталния под и зигома и корекция на ектропиона). След усложнения, които настъпиха се наложи още една операция ( дебридман с локален клап). Въпреки всичко, през което преминах се прибрах в България за възстановяване. Ако всичко върви наред, след около три месеца се очаква да замина отново за Турция, за контролен преглед и последващи интервенции.

Prof. Hakan Aar from Ajibadem Altunizadeh Hospital performed a very complicated surgery, lasting about 12 hours. During it I had facial reconstruction ( left ulnar forearm flap, iliac bone graft, orbital floor and zygoma reconstruction and ectropion correction). After complications that occurred, another surgery was required ( debridement with local flap). Despite everything I went through I came home to Bulgaria to recover. If all goes well, in about three months I am expected to go back to Turkey for a follow-up and further interventions.
