Мојата роденденска желба за мојот 43 роденден е сите вие добри луѓе да ми помогнете да ги соберам финансиските средства и да се вратам жива и здрава од Истанбул за моите две мали дечиња. Јас Павлинка Синадиновска за десет дена полнам 43 години, сопруга сум и мајка на 2 деца (20 години кое за жал боледува од Аутизам, а второто дете кое ми е светла точка има само 4 години) 20 години борба, трпение и трчање за мојот син кој боледува од Аутизам и кој е приврзан и зависен од мене сега дојде ред да се соочувам со многу голем здравствен проблем за мене. Имам тумур во рбетен мозок кој пред една година се оперирав во Систина и операцијата чинеше 10000 евра кои ги платив од сопствени сретства за да можам да бидам здрава за моите 2 деца кои се зависни од мене и мојот сопруг во целост. Тумурот за жал не беше целосно изваден и по една година има прогресија на тумурот и јас имам уште поголеми проблеми/потешкотии во движењето и целата лева страна има опасност од парализа за која имам документ дека 50 посто ми се намалени функциите.
Барајќи го спасот за мене дојдов до неврохирург кој што исклучиво е стручен за мојот проблем каде што професорот ми објасни дека ќе го извади тумурот и ќе мора да постави ипланти за да може да биде стабилно за вратот за да можам стабилно да продолжам да живеам нормален живот и да можам да се грижам за моите 2 деца, нормално да функционирам во општеството како секоја МАЈКА И СОПРУГА. Операцијата треба да се изврши во Истанбул, Р.Турција за која се потребни многу финансиски сретства кој за мене и за моето семејство се проблем бидејќи финансиски сме многу исцрпени. Потребно е оперативен зафат, физикални терапии, по испитување на патологијата можеби ќе има потреба за хемотерапија и радиотерапија и потребни се многу нерви, трпение, позитивна мисла, верба во Бога и многу молитви од сите вас!
Затоа ве молам вас сите добри луѓе да ми помогнете мене и на моето семејство особено на моите 2 дечиња кои имаат голема потреба од мене како нивна мајка. Операцијата мора да биде под итна постапка направена за да не дојде до трајно оштетување на мојата цела лева страна.

My birthday wish for my 43rd birthday is for all of you good people to help me raise the funds and get back to Istanbul alive and well for my two young children. I am Pavlinka Sinadinovska 43 years old in ten days, I am a wife and mother of 2 children (20 years old who is unfortunately ill with Autizim and the second child who is my bright spot is only 4 years old) 20 years of struggle, patience and suffering for my son who is sick with Autism and who is attached and dependent on me now it is my turn to face a very big health problem for me. I have a tumour in my fatty brain which I had surgery for a year ago in Sistina and the surgery cost 10,000 euro which I paid out of pocket so that I could be healthy for my 2 children who are dependent on me and my husband for life. The tumour was unfortunately not removed in its entirety and one year later there is a progression of the tumour and I have even greater problems / hypothyroidism in the movement and the whole left side is in danger of paralysis for which I have a document declaring 50 post reduced my functions.
The barracks saved it for me by taking me to a neurosurgeon who is sincerely worried about my problem where the professor told me that he would take out the tumour and that he would have to put in place implants to be able to be stable for the neck so that I can continue to live a normal life and be able to take care of my 2 children, to function normally in my life as a mother and a friend. The operation has to be carried out in Istanbul, Turkey, for which we need a lot of financial resources, which is a problem for me and my family and we are financially very poor. There is a need for surgical treatment, physical therapies, pathology testing, maybe there is a need for chemotherapy and radiotherapy and we need a lot of nerves, patience, positive thinking, faith in God and many prayers from all of you!
So I ask you, my good friends, to help me and my family, especially my 2 children who have a great need of me as a poor mother. The operation must be done under special conditions to avoid a permanent loss of my whole country.
