20 дни болничен престой в Анадолу, Истанбул. През този период Наталия претърпя множество интервенции. След новият ЯМР и направената имунохистохимия на взетия материал от тъкани се взе решение първо да се направи вертебропластика на лезиите в прешлените на гръбначния стълб, тъй като Наталия не можеше да се движи от болка.
Операцията мина добре. Следващата стъпка, която предприеха лекарите е да се направят няколко процедури с кибер нож на проблемните места на гръбначния стълб. През цялото това време Наталия беше с няколко системи по тялото, през които се вливаха денонощно медикаменти. Последната стъпка от този първоначален етап е първа вливка химиотерапия. На Наталия бе поставен порт-а-кат, през който да се вливат медикаментите. Първата химиотерапия беше миналата седмица. Наталия я понесе сравнително добре, с леки странични ефекти. Сега Наталия се прибра в България за две седмици, след което отново поема към Анадолу за следващата вливка и преценка дали терапията е започнала да действа. Ще Ви държим в течение за всичко, което се случва с лечението на Наталия!

20 days hospital stay in Anadolu, Istanbul. During this period Natalia underwent multiple interventions. After a new MRI and immunohistochemistry done on the tissue material taken, it was decided to first do a vertebroplasty on the lesions in the vertebrae of her spine as Natalia could not move due to pain.
The operation went well. The next step the doctors took was to do several cyber knife procedures on the problem spinal sites. Throughout this time Natalia had several body systems through which medication was infused around the clock. The last step of this initial stage was the first chemotherapy infusion. Natalia was fitted with a port-a-cath through which to infuse the medication. The first chemotherapy was last week. Natalia tolerated it relatively well, with only minor side effects. Natalia is now back home in Bulgaria for two weeks, after which she is heading back to Anadolu for the next infusion and to assess whether the therapy has started to work. We will keep you updated on everything that happens with Natalia's treatment!
