Здравейте мили хора,
Казвам се Симеон Димитров, на 44 години от град Шумен. Имам прекрасно семейство, две слънчеви деца, на които бих искал да се радвам още дълги години.

За мое огромно нещастие, наскоро получих ужасната новина, че имам тумор в левия бъбрек и животът ми се преобърна за секунди.

Въпреки тази страшна диагноза, аз няма да се предам и ще се боря, защото имам две малки слънца, които имат нужда от своя баща.  

След направени обстойни изследвания, потвърждаващи това, което никой не иска да чуе , все пак надежда за мен има. Тя ми бе дадена от клиника в Турция. 

За съжаление не мога да се справя сам, тъй като сумата нужна за моето лечение е непосилна за семейството ми. Затова се обръщам с огромна молба към вас, мили хора, помогнете на един баща да живее и да бъде до семейството си още дълго време.
