Здравейте, мили приятели! С Матей усилено продължаваме с рехабилитациите всеки ден. Лечението включва комплексна физиотерапия и рехабилитация: кинезитерапия по Войта, Бобат, ерготерапия-вестибуларно стимулиране, електростимулации на дясна ръка и десен крак, логопед и Монтесори терапия. Детето лази стабилно и автоматизирано. Това вече е предпоставка за изправяне по вертикала и първите странични крачки в ляво и дясно. Матей се изправя, като се държи в кошарата и прави обиколка в нея. Като при изправянето водеща ръчичка е лявата и тежестта на тялото пада основно върху нея, а дясната ръчичка е догонваща. Детето навлиза в нова фаза на неговото двигателно развитие. Това е изправената позиция на тялото в пространството. И сега нашата най-близка цел е стабилизирането на долните крайници и стоеж на едно място без опора или без минимална опора, защото той все още търси опората на двете ръце.
Мили приятели, Матей отново има нужда от вашата подкрепа и помощ. The treatment includes complex physiotherapy and rehabilitation: kinesitherapy Voita, Bobath, ergotherapy-vestibular stimulation, electrostimulation of the right arm and right leg, speech therapist and Montessori therapy. The child crawls steadily and automatically. This is already a prerequisite for standing upright and the first lateral steps to the left and right. Matthew stands up by holding himself in the playpen and doing a lap in it. When standing, the left hand is the leading hand and the weight of the body falls mainly on it, while the right hand catches up. The child is entering a new phase of his motor development. This is the upright position of the body in space. And now our closest goal is stabilization of the lower extremities and standing in one place with little or no support because he is still looking for the support of both arms.
Dear friends, Matthew needs your support and help again. I need to purchase orthotics for both of Matthew's legs to fix them in the correct position and help my child walk.
