На 08.02.2023г. Габи беше изписана от болницата в Есен. След кореспонденция с болницата в Дортмунд, получихме положителен отговор за продължаване на лечението на Габи там.
На 09.02.2023г. Габи замина за Дортмунд. На същия ден я приеха в Отделение по детска онко-хематология. Др. Бернбек, главният лекуващ лекар, обясни, че за Габи предстоят 6 химиотерапии през интервал от 3 седмици между всяка (по протокол са 8, но Габи вече беше преминала 2 от следоперативните химиотерапии в България поради невъзможност да бъде оперирана по-рано от края на Януари). Също препоръча и провеждане на лъчетерапия на белите дробове поради установените през Август 2022г., чрез ПЕТ скенер, два микронодула съответно в 10-ти сегмент вдясно и 9-ти сегмент вляво.
На 10.02.2023г. се проведе първата от 6-те химиотерапии, като за жалост Габи я понесе с доста еметични прояви, отпадналост и затруднен прием и задържане на храна. Поради паузата от близо месец и малко от последната проведена химиотерапия, тялото на Габи явно беше позабравило за този отровен коктейл и го понесе тежко. След като малко се стабилизира, бе изписана.
На 16.02.2023г. след преглед и кръвни изследвания беше приета отново в болницата за наблюдение поради ниски кръвни показатели и значителна отпадналост. След ден се стабилизира и беше изписана.
По изискване за внасяне на аванс към болницата преди постъпване за лечение, сме внесли 50 000 евро по сметката на болницата, заплатени от дарителската сметка на Габи. След проведена среща и събеседване за провеждане на лъчетерапията заплатихме още 5286,05 евро от дарителската сметка на Габи. Тъй като лъчетерапията ще се извършва в отделна клиника, трябваше сумата да се заплати отделно и не можеше да бъде приспадната от внесеният аванс. Прилагаме съответните документи.
Вярваме, че Габи скоро ще влезе в режима на новата химиотерапия и ще отговори със същата борбеност и сила, както се справи и с всички предходни химио и лъчетерапии.

On 08.02.2023 Gabi was discharged from the hospital in Essen. After correspondence with the hospital in Dortmund, we received a positive answer for Gabi's continued treatment there.
On 09.02.2023 Gabi left for Dortmund. On the same day she was admitted to the Department of Paediatric Onco-Hematology. Drs. Bernbeck, the main attending physician, explained that Gabi was to have 6 chemotherapy treatments with an interval of 3 weeks between each one (according to the protocol there are 8, but Gabi had already undergone 2 of the postoperative chemotherapy treatments in Bulgaria due to the impossibility to be operated earlier than the end of January). He also recommended radiotherapy to the lungs due to two micronodules detected in August 2022 by PET scan in the 10th segment on the right and 9th segment on the left respectively.
On 10.02.2023 the first of the 6 chemotherapy treatments took place and unfortunately Gabby endured it with a lot of emetic manifestations, weakness and difficulty eating and retaining food. Due to the break of almost a month and a bit since the last chemotherapy, Gabby's body had apparently forgotten about this poisonous cocktail and took it hard. After stabilizing a bit, she was discharged.
On February 16, 2023, after a check-up and blood tests, she was readmitted to the hospital for observation due to low blood counts and significant debility. After a day she stabilized and was discharged.
As per the requirement of making an advance payment to the hospital before admission for treatment, we have deposited 50,000 Euros in the hospital account, paid from Gabi's donation account. After a meeting and an interview for the radiotherapy, we paid a further €5286.05 from Gabby's donation account. As the radiotherapy would be carried out in a separate clinic, the amount had to be paid separately and could not be deducted from the advance payment. We attach the relevant documents.
We trust that Gabby will soon get into the new chemotherapy regimen and respond with the same fight and strength as she has with all previous chemo and radiation treatments.
