Подкрепи с дарение инициативата ни за закупуване на оборудване за неонатологичните отделения в УМБАЛ "Св. Георги", УМБАЛ "Пловдив" и АГ "Весела" към МБАЛ "Св. Мина".

Нека подкрепим възможността на всяка душа да живее.

В България около 7000 бебета годишно се нуждаят от неонатологична грижа, от които 900 са в Пловдив и региона. Това включва недоносени и доносени новородени с усложнения, които изискват специализирано лечение и оборудване. Участие в каузата ни е пряка инвестиция в бъдещето. Буквално и преносно. Нека бъдем добри и се застъпим за най-уязвимите. Да покажем, че заедно сме способни на всичко.

След разговор с представители на държавните отделения в Пловдив научихме за належащите им нужди. Двете големи страдат от липса не само на техника, но и на кадри, а същевременно са изправени пред свръхпредизвикателството да посрещат ежегодно стотици недоносени бебенца от цяла Южна България като най-големите публични медицински центрове в региона, и да полагат животоспасяващи грижи за най-малките и най-уязвимите живи човечета. Заедно можем да допринесем със скромни възможности в благородната лекарска мисия да продължават да дават шанс на най-младите животи.

По препоръка на д-р Славея Неделчева, специалист "Детски болести и Неонатология" в УМБАЛ "Пловдив", и проф. Мая Кръстева, началник на отделението по неонатология в УМБАЛ "Св. Георги" вече поръчахме един пулсоксиметър Nellcor/Covidien PN100 за УМБАЛ "Пловдив" и един двуканален перфузор Enmind за УМБАЛ "Св. Георги" от роден доставчик на специализирана техника за двата общо 4715 лв., които средства успяхме да съберем за целта от Коледни благотворителни базари. Помощта ни не трябва да приключва дотук, а напротив. Ако желаем тази кауза действително да има осезаем ефект, трябва да качим летвата и заедно с вас да закупим още три нужни за грижите на недоносени бебенца уреда, а именно:

Пулсоксиметър x 1 - Пациентска мониторингова система Nellcor Bedside
SpO2 - Covidien / Medtronic. С него се следят детайлно жизнените показатели на бебетата като сърдечна дейност и дишане. Уредът е от висок клас и е най-предпочитан от големите специалисти. Цената му е 7268 лв. от офертата на реномирана за неонатологично оборудване фирма Medilon. Пулсоксиметърът ще бъде доставен на УМБАЛ "Пловдив".
Двуканален перфузор x 2 - Два двойни перфузора EN-S5D от най-висок клас на марката Enmind. С тях се доставят прецизно и контролирано хранителни вещества и медикаменти в организма на бебето. Цената му е 1755 лв. от офертата на доказан доставчик за държавните болници в лицето на фирмата Multimed. Планираме да закупим два перфузора - един за УМБАЛ "Св. Георги" и един за АГ "Весела", за общо 3510 лв.

Всички средства ще отидат за закупуването на техниката. Свързахме се по препоръка на проф. Кръстева и д-р Неделчева с двете фирми, предоставили ни офертите за цени с ДДС и след търговска отстъпка. Неслучайно решихме да ползваме за каузата две различни фирми, независими една от друга и без връзка със Сдружението ни, за да се избегне всеки повод за съмнение за конфликт на интереси. Единствено целим да подкрепим по силите си борбата за живот на най-малките новородени ангелчета, които също като нас имат право да бъдат. Това е естествено продължение на подкрепа от инициативата, която започнахме в духа на Рождество предходната година.
Кампанията ни е изцяло в полза на съответните неонатологии в болниците в Пловдив - УМБАЛ "Св. Георги", УМБАЛ "Пловдив" и АГ "Весела" към МБАЛ "Св. Мина".

In Bulgaria about 7000 babies need neonatal care annually, 900 of them are in Plovdiv and the region. This includes premature and delivered newborns with complications that require specialized treatment and equipment. Participation in our cause is a direct investment in the future. Literally and figuratively. Let's be kind and stand up for the most vulnerable. Let's show that together we can do anything.

After a conversation with representatives of the state wards in Plovdiv, we learned about their pressing needs. The two large ones suffer from a lack of not only equipment, but also personnel, while facing the super-challenge of welcoming hundreds of premature babies from all over Southern Bulgaria every year as the largest public medical centers in the region, and providing life-saving care for the smallest and most vulnerable living humans. Together, we can contribute our modest means to the noble medical mission of continuing to give the youngest lives a chance.

On the recommendation of Dr. Slaveya Nedelcheva, specialist in "Children's Diseases and Neonatology" at the University Hospital Plovdiv, and prof. Maya Krasteva, Head of the Department of Neonatology at University Hospital "St. George" have already ordered one Nellcor/Covidien PN100 pulse oximeter for the University Hospital Plovdiv and one Enmind two-channel perfuser for the University Hospital Sv. We were able to raise funds for this purpose from Christmas charity bazaars. Our help should not end there, on the contrary. If we want this cause to really have a tangible effect, we need to raise the bar and together with you purchase three more devices needed for the care of premature babies, namely:

Pulse oximeter x 1 - Nellcor Bedside Patient Monitoring System
SpO2 - Covidien / Medtronic. It monitors the vital signs of the babies such as heart rate and respiration in detail. The device is high-end and is most preferred by major specialists. It is priced at £7,268 from the offer of Medilon, a reputed company for neonatology equipment. The pulse oximeter will be delivered to Plovdiv University Hospital.
Dual channel perfuser x 2 - Two EN-S5D dual perfusers of the highest class of the Enmind brand. They deliver nutrients and medications into the baby's body in a precise and controlled manner. It is priced at £1,755 from the offer of a proven supplier for public hospitals in the company Multimed. We plan to purchase two perfusers - one for the University Hospital "St. George" and one for "Vesela" for a total of 3510 BGN.

All funds will go to the purchase of the equipment. We got in touch on the recommendation of prof. Krusteva and Dr. Nedelcheva with the two companies that provided us with the offers for prices including VAT and after a commercial discount. It was no coincidence that we decided to use two different companies for the cause, independent of each other and with no connection to our Association, in order to avoid any suspicion of conflict of interest. Our only aim is to support to the best of our abilities the fight for life of the smallest newborn angels, who, like us, have the right to be. This is a natural extension of the support from the initiative we started in the spirit of Nativity the previous year.
Our campaign is entirely for the benefit of the respective neonatologies in the hospitals in Plovdiv - University Hospital "St. Georgi", "Plovdiv" and "Vesela" neonatal hospitals. Mina".
