Здравейте! Казвам се Ивайло на 33 г. от гр. Ямбол с диагноза Сарком на Юинг.
За съжаление през Октомври 2023 г. поради болки в областта на лявата тазобедрена става след прегледи при различни специалисти, ЯМР и биопсия в Университетската болница по ортопедия “Проф.Бойчо Бойчев” град София ми бе съобщена диагнозата Сарком на Юинг.
Той представлява изключително рядък и агресивен рак на костите и меките тъкани (2 на 1 000 000). За уточняване на диагнозата бе необходим PET скенер, за който в България трябваше да се изчака над месец. По това време бях с много висока температура и силни болки в крака. Проучихме възможностите и се спряхме на İstinye Üniversite Hastanesi Liv Hospital в Истанбул.
През месец Ноември диагнозата бе потвърдена - Сарком на Юинг в последен стадий с метастази в белия дроб.
След направен скенер през месец Март се вижда изключителен напредък и повлияване на болестта от химиотерапията.
Сумата, която предстои за изследвания и лечение е непосилна за нашето семейство. Още едно утежняващо обстоятелство е, че през месец януари баща ми бе диагностициран с рак и неговото лечение също е доста скъпо.

Hello! My name is Ivaylo, 33 years old, from the town. I'm 33 years old, from Yambol, diagnosed with Ewing's sarcoma.
Unfortunately, in October 2023, due to pain in the left hip joint after examinations by various specialists, MRI and biopsy at the University Hospital of Orthopedics "Prof. Boycho Boychev" in Sofia, I was diagnosed with Ewing's Sarcoma.
It is an extremely rare and aggressive bone and soft tissue cancer (2 per 1 000 000). To clarify the diagnosis, a PET scan was needed, for which I had to wait over a month in Bulgaria. By this time I was running a very high fever and had severe leg pain. We explored the possibilities and decided on İstinye Üniversite Hastanesi Liv Hospital in Istanbul.
In November the diagnosis was confirmed - Ewing's Sarcoma in the last stage with metastasis to the lung.
After a scan was performed in March, the disease showed remarkable progress and response to chemotherapy.
The amount that lies ahead for research and treatment is prohibitive for our family. One more aggravating circumstance is that my father was diagnosed with cancer in January and his treatment is also quite expensive.
I am therefore appealing to you for help to continue my treatment. Thank you!
