Здравейте ,скъпи Дарители.
Направихме контролния скенер и за съжаление няма подобрение в състоянието на белия дроб на Митко. Преди около два месеца Митко започна да кашля мислехме, че се е заразил с вирус.Оказа се ,че е от фиброзата, която има в белият дроб , следствие на прекараните бактериални и гъбични инфекции. Повече от месец и половина беше на системи , кашлицата намаля и общото му състояние се подобри,но се налага да приема скъпо струващото лекарство- Есбриет. Трябва да го приема най-малко шест месеца успоредно със лекарства Noxafil) за профилактика на гъбичната инфекция в белият дроб .Контролен скенер ще има отново след месец .

We did the control scan and unfortunately there is no improvement in Mitko's lung condition. About two months ago Mitko started coughing and we thought that he had contracted a virus.It turned out that it was from the fibrosis that he has in his lung as a consequence of the bacterial and fungal infections that he had. He was on systems for more than a month and a half, his cough decreased and his general condition improved, but he had to take the expensive medicine Esbrieth. He has to take it for at least six months along with medication Noxafil) for prophylaxis of the fungal infection in the lung .Follow up scan will be again in a month .
