Благодарение на вашата подкрепа, Рори направи двуседмичен курс за физиотерапия и ерготерапия в Турция. За да можем обективно да следим напредъка на Рори, физиотерапевтите използват определени задачи, които Рори изпълнява всеки път на края на двуседмичното лечение. Този път имаше значително подобрение в 4 различни категории, като най-забележителното е, че е удвоила способността си да стои на едно краче от 3 секунди на 7 секунди. Може да не Ви звучи като много, но за Рори това е огромно постижение - преди година не можеше да се задържи на едно краче дори и само за една секунда. Този напредък й помага в много ежедневни задачи като изкачване на стълби, прекрачване на препятствия, и цялостния й баланс.
Прегледът при невролога също мина добре. Макар и ЕЕГто да не е напълно чисто, то е доста стабилно и епилептичните пристъпи се считат за овладяни, тъй като минаха почти 18 месеца от последния й пристъп.

Hello, dear people.
Thanks to your support, Rory did a two-week physiotherapy and occupational therapy course in Turkey. In order for us to objectively monitor Rory's progress, the physiotherapists use certain tasks that Rory completes each time at the end of the two week treatment. This time there was significant improvement in 4 different categories, the most notable being that she doubled her ability to stand on one leg from 3 seconds to 7 seconds. It may not sound like much to you, but this is a huge accomplishment for Rory - a year ago she couldn't stay on one foot for even just one second. This progress helps her in many daily tasks such as climbing stairs, stepping over obstacles, and her overall balance.
The examination with the neurologist also went well. Although the EEG is not completely clear, it is quite stable and the epileptic seizures are considered to be under control as it has been almost 18 months since her last seizure.
