Вчера свърши поредния, шести курс химиотерапия, и днес Виктор е изписан от болницата. Вливанията започнаха ден по-късно заради стабилизиране на показателите. Курса премина сравнително добре, като, разбира се, всички неразположения бяха налице - гадене, повръщане, отпадналост и липса на апетит. Но, както винаги, Виктор премина и това, не с усмивка, но с вяра, че малко по малко прави още една крачка към победата над болестта!🙏
По време на този престой в болницата, лекуващия екип направи контролни изследвания - ЯМР на цяло тяло и томограф на белите дробове. Резултатите ще покажат до къде е стигнало, и как да продължи, лечението. Когато получим информация, ще я споделим тук. Също ще добавим и фактурите за този курс и за всичко направено извън него, когато ги получим.
За сега единствената промяна е, че от днес Виктор започва двойна доза от оралната химиотерапия, която той приема ежедневно.
В четвъртък, предстоят контролни кръвни изследвания, дотогава... лекарства и инжекции за стабилизиране на показателите, почивка и пазене.

Yesterday we finished another, sixth course of chemotherapy, and today Victor was discharged from the hospital. The infusions started a day later due to stabilization of the indicators. The course went reasonably well, and of course all the ailments were present - nausea, vomiting, fatigue and lack of appetite. But, as always, Victor got through that too, not with a smile, but with faith that little by little he was taking another step towards defeating the disease 🙏!
During this hospital stay, the treatment team did follow-up tests - a full-body MRI and a CT scan of his lungs. The results will show how far the treatment has gone, and how to proceed. When we get the information, we'll share it here. We'll also add the invoices for this course and everything done outside of it when we get them.
For now, the only change is that as of today, Victor is starting a double dose of the oral chemotherapy he takes daily.
On Thursday, there will be follow-up blood work, until then... meds and injections to stabilize the readings, rest and keep.
