Казвам се Биляна Николаева и съм на 50г. Работя като социален работник. Февруари месец 2023г бях диагностицирана със спондилолиестеза I степен на нива L5-S1 и имах силно изразена радикулопатия (болки в лумбалната част на гръбнака) с ирадиация (разпространение) към двата крайник и с изразена пареза (мускулна слабост) на двата долни крайника. Не можех да стъпвам от болка.
Тогава бях оперирана от д-р Михаил Калнев и д-р Борислав Калнев и ми беше осъществена декомпресия. Постоперативния период мина гладко и изпитах облекчение в симптоматиката.
Ноември месец отново започна клинична манифестация от силни болки и слабост в двата долни крайника. След осъществен КТ на лумбален отдел на гръбначния стълб и физикален преглед от д-р Михаил Калнев, дм , той каза, че е необходима да се извърши стабилизация с импланти като сумата необходима ще бъде около 6 000лева.
Тъй като казахме, че сме със ниски материални възможности, бях лекувана отначало с консервативно лечение с идеята да се повлияе клиниката, но за съжаление имаше само краткокраен ефект. Единствения начин за дефинативно лечение е да бъда извършена стабилизация на L4-L5-S1 сегменти с импланти и поставяне на кейдж за да се получи фузия.

My name is Bilyana Nikolaeva and I am 50 years old. I work as a social worker. In February 2023 I was diagnosed with spondylolisthesis grade I at the L5-S1 level and had a pronounced radiculopathy (pain in the lumbar spine) with irradiation (spread) to both limbs and with pronounced paresis (muscle weakness) of both lower limbs. I couldn't step because of pain.
I was then operated on by Dr Mikhail Kalnev and Dr Borislav Kalnev and decompression was performed. The post-operative period went smoothly and I experienced symptomatic relief.
November month again started clinical manifestation of severe pain and weakness in both lower limbs. After a CT scan of the lumbar spine and a physical examination by Dr. Mikhail Kalnev, MD , he said that stabilization with implants was necessary and the amount needed would be about 6,000 leva.
Since we said we were low on material means, I was treated at first with conservative treatment with the idea of influencing the clinic, but unfortunately there was only a short-term effect. The only way of defensive treatment was to have the L4-L5-S1 segments stabilised with implants and a cage inserted to produce a fusion.
