After months of struggle and hope, we are once again facing an impasse.
Tsalo has been undergoing radiotherapy in Turkey, but the news in the last few days has devastated us - the tumour is extremely rare - chordoma, and the doctors here have admitted that they don't know how to proceed with treatment.
