What causes does the PavelAndreev.ORG platform support?

The PavelAndreev.ORG platform is designed to enable people in need to get help. By guiding those willing to help who actually needs their help and support. Its creator firmly believes in the goodness of people and that true happiness is only possible when we help others to be happy too. The team behind the PavelAndreev.ORG platform does not believe that it is possible to live in joy and peace. Even if you have everything you need, if you know that there are people in dire need.

Can a campaign be started on PavelAndreev.ORG for any cause?

Campaigns on the PavelAndreev.ORG platform can be categorized in many different ways, but the simplest division is into medical and non-medical. Especially for the medical ones, there are strict rules for the payment of the amounts, which are described in detail on the site. Everyone has the opportunity to familiarise themselves with them. Of course, it is right that this should happen even before a campaign starts. Studying them in advance ensures that if the campaign is supported, meets supporters and the necessary amount is raised, there will be no obstacles to those in need absorbing the sum. For this to happen, however, it is really important that everything is researched in advance.

The Pavel Andreev Foundation has traditionally used several different payment methods. These include credit and debit cards,ApplePay, GooglePay, Revolut and PayPal. One of the many best practices of the charity campaign platform is to not retain any fees. It also does not have a set mandatory percentage that it retains from donations received through its system for its own benefit.

The procedure is as follows - each of the donors is free to decide how much to leave to the platform and whether to leave any at all.

Donating any amount to the platform is not a mandatory act. The donor actually has the option to specify 0% as the amount. Should he choose to do so, the funds he donates will be paid in full to the recipient.

We have already mentioned that in cases where it is a charity campaign that comes under the category of "Treatment, Medicine and Rehabilitation", the rules are very strict. The amount is then paid into a donation account, but this happens after a contract has been provided to open one. Funds could also be transferred by invoice to a third party. This is the most used method on the platform. However, this invoice should clearly describe exactly what is being paid. The campaign organiser agrees that certain types of expenses such as rehabilitation, treatment, medication and research, etc. can also be paid. If necessary, it is also acceptable to pay for hotel, translation services and transport.

Donation campaigns for children as well as donation campaigns for adults are carried out. The most common need that arises is fundraising for medical treatment abroad.

There are certain conditions, and only if these conditions are met will it be possible to pay expenses on a personal account. A necessary condition is that the expenses could not have been paid according to a pro forma invoice previously issued to a third party and/or that they were paid in advance. Campaigners in this category should bear in mind that hospital treatment, for example, is an expense that could be paid on a pro forma basis and is not reimbursable on a personal account.

Another possible condition for a campaign in the category "Treatment, medicine and rehabilitation" to be paid out on a personal account is that the relevant expenses have already been generated when you have already had your campaign on the platform. Please note that if the expenses were incurred before, they are no longer reimbursable. You should also be aware in advance that you need to claim your money regularly, as when expenses are on a personal account they are covered up to £5,000 per transaction.

Some pre-determined expenses could also be met by paying into a personal account. These are, for example, expenses that could not have been paid in advance on a pro forma basis, such as food (which does not include cigarettes and alcohol), accommodation or hotel, travel expenses, which in different cases could cover bus, train, airfare, fuel, medicines, visas, orthotics, prostheses, hospital equipment and other expenses that are tied to the donation campaign.

Types of causes

Charitable campaigns at the Foundation are carried out throughout the year. The causes on the platform are divided into several distinct categories. They are as follows:

Treatment, medicine and rehabilitation

This category raises funds that are needed by the beneficiaries to carry out various types of treatments and other related expenses.

Arts, culture and society

Funds raised in this category are intended to support various causes in any of the three areas listed.

Children and young people

Campaigns are launched to raise funds for various needs of children and young people.

More categories that you will find in PavelAndreev.ORG platform are:

  • Animals
  • covid-19
  • urban environment and construction
  • holidays and events
  • family
  • sports
  • refugees and migrants

You can share your cause in the most relevant category, and the more detailed and honest you are about your story and the help you need, the more likely you are to raise the funds you need really quickly.

Donations made through PavelAndreev.ORG are completely secure and guaranteed to reach the people they are intended for. The causes that the charity platform has been able to benefit are already many and their number is constantly increasing. This is because thePavel Andreev Foundation is cementing its name by helping many people who really need it. In this way, the number of donors is growing and the number of those who decide to share that they need help is also growing. There are already many successfully completed campaigns, and with them are many lives changed for the better. People looking for charity ideas can check out the different causes and choose which one to support. Any help is invaluable!
