Скъпи приятели,
Пиша ви отново, с надежда в сърцето и тревога в очите. Майка ми и баща ми отново са в болница „Аджибадем Сити Клиник Токуда“. След всички премеждия, през които преминахме, сега лекарите отново се опитват да стигнат до корена на нейното страдание.
Този път я е поел екип от специалисти, които не спират да търсят истината. Майка ми преминава през различни отделения – гастроентерология, хирургия, а в момента е в ендокринология. Назначени са ѝ нови изследвания, за да се установи дали диагнозата Болест на Крон е напълно точна, или има и друго, съпътстващо заболяване, като диабет.
Всеки ден е изпитание. Лекарите прилагат различни лечения, търсят правилната комбинация от медикаменти, а майка ми се захранва с изкуствена храна, защото организмът ѝ вече няма сили да поема всичко сам.
Болестта не ѝ дава почивка, но и тя не се предава.
Битката ѝ продължава – със сълзи, болка, но и с огромна воля за живот.
Благодаря на всички, които сте до нас в този труден път. Всяка добра дума, всяка споделена публикация и всяко дарение ни помагат да не се отказваме.
Имаме нужда от вас и сега – за да продължи лечението, за да може лекарите да стигнат до точната диагноза и за да получи майка ми шанс за спокойствие и живот без болка.
Dear friends,
I write to you again, with hope in my heart and worry in my eyes. My mother and father are back in Adjibadem City Clinic Tokuda Hospital. After all the tribulations we went through, now the doctors are again trying to get to the root of her suffering.
This time, a team of specialists has taken her on and they are not stopping their search for the truth. My mother has been through various departments - gastroenterology, surgery, and now endocrinology. New tests have been ordered to determine whether her diagnosis of Crohn's Disease is completely accurate, or whether she has another, co-morbid condition, such as diabetes.
Every day is an ordeal. Doctors are administering different treatments, looking for the right combination of medications, and my mother is being fed artificial food because her body no longer has the strength to take it all on its own.
The illness gives her no rest, but she doesn't give up either.
Her battle continues - with tears, pain, but also with a huge will to live.
Thank you to all of you who are by our side in this difficult time. Every kind word, every post shared and every donation helps us to never give up.
We need you now - for treatment to continue, for doctors to get to the right diagnosis, and for my mother to have a chance at peace and a life without pain.
