Здравейте ангели на Стефан! Първо цялото семейство ви благодарим, че направихте възможно досегашното лечение на детето ни да се случи. С натежало от мъка сърце отново ви моля за помощ. След направени пет курса в турската клиника, на 27.03.2023 беше назначен томограф и изследване на туморни маркери. На томографа лекарите видяха намаляване на всички лезии, но туморните маркери отново се бяха повишили. Обяснението, което ни даде професор Йълдаръм е че това несъответствие говори за много агресивен тумор. След направен консилиум решението им бе, че само с химиотерапии няма да се постигне ремисия. Добавянето на трансплантация на стволови клетки би увеличило многократно шансовете за пълно излекуване. Направиха изследвания и се оказа, че Стефан може да си бъде донор. В момента тече подготовка за трансплантацията. На 31.03 му бе направена химиотерапия с 21 часово вливане. От 3.04 е на инжекции и лекарства, които подготовят организма. На 10.04 започват вземане на материал. Това е планът на лекарите. А аз ви моля с цялото си сърце да помогнете на детето ми да си върне отново живота, да продължи следването си, да се върне пламъка в очите му и усмивката на лицето му. Hello angels of Stefan! First of all, the whole family thanks you for making our child's treatment so far possible. It is with a heart heavy with grief that I again ask for your help. After five treatments in the Turkish clinic, a CT scan and tumor marker testing was scheduled on 03/27/2023. On the CT scan the doctors saw a reduction in all lesions but the tumor markers had risen again. The explanation Professor Yildaram gave us was that this discrepancy indicated a very aggressive tumor. After a consilium was done, their decision was that chemotherapy alone would not achieve remission. Adding a stem cell transplant would increase the chances of a complete cure many fold. They did the research and it turned out that Stefan could be his own donor. Preparations for the transplant are now underway. On 31.03 he had a chemotherapy treatment with a 21 hour infusion. Since 3.04 he has been on injections and medications to prepare the body. On 10.04 they start taking material. This is the plan of the doctors. And I ask you with all my heart to help my child to get his life back, to continue his studies, to get back the flame in his eyes and the smile on his face.
