Набраната сума за кампанията в полза на Виктор и Нели Иванови ще бъде преведена на трето лице, посочено от семейството, в качеството му на Обещател, и съгласно подписан Договор в полза на трети лица между Обещателя от една страна и Дружеството, инициатор на кампанията, в качеството му на Уговарящ, от друга страна. Съгласно договора, Обещателят се задължава да съхранява средствата в полза на Бенефициерите Виктор Анантоли Иванов и Нели Анатоли Ивановова, до навършване на пълнолетие на всеки един от Бенефициерите. За теглене и разходването на средства в полза на Бенефициерите преди навършване на пълнолетието им, Обещателят ще уведомява писмено Дружеството за основанието и размера на разхода. При навършване на пълнолетие на всеки един от Бенефициерите, Обещателят се задължава да преведе остатъка от средствата в лични банкови сметки на Бенефициерите, разделени поравно между двамата. The amount raised for the Campaign in favour of Victor and Nellie Ivanovi will be transferred to a third party designated by the family, in its capacity as Pledgor, and in accordance with a signed Third Party Contract between the Pledgor, on the one hand, and the Company initiating the Campaign, in its capacity as Contracting Party, on the other hand. Pursuant to the Contract, the Pledgor undertakes to hold the funds for the benefit of the Beneficiaries Victor Anantoli Ivanov and Nelly Anatol Ivanov until each of the Beneficiaries reaches the age of majority. For withdrawals and expenditures of funds for the benefit of the Beneficiaries prior to the Beneficiaries' attainment of the age of majority, the Promisee shall notify the Company in writing of the reason for and amount of the expenditure. Upon the attainment of the age of majority of each of the Beneficiaries, the Promisee shall transfer the balance of the funds to the Beneficiaries' personal bank accounts, divided equally between the two Beneficiaries.
