Filip is Closer to Victory: First Eye Surgery Successfully Completed

There are stories that deeply touch our hearts. Such is the story of 16-year-old Filip, a boy whose battle for vision began at the tender age of four. Born healthy and vibrant, Filip and his family gradually faced the harsh reality of progressively worsening vision, despite numerous efforts and treatments.

Following an unsuccessful surgery four years ago, Filip's vision deteriorated to just 25%. His family faced the looming risk of him completely losing his eyesight. The only solution was another complex, expensive, and urgent surgery.

Thanks to the incredible support of over 426 donors who contributed more than 7,782.64 EUR, Filip received a chance for a new beginning. The first surgery has been successfully completed, and his recovery is proceeding according to plan.
