Много от вас знаят, че след направената имунотерапия, която беше в продължение на 28 дни, изследванията на Боби бяха много добри и го изписаха от болницата до датата на трансплантацията. Бяха назначени лекарства, които трябваше да пие до следващото му постъпване в болницата и дата на която трябваше да се направи ПКК. На 19.12.24г. Боби вече си беше вкъщи, чувстваше се добре в следващите два дни, но след това започна да вдига температура.
На 23.12.24г. го заведохме на ПКК, излязоха резултатите, които аз изпратих на лекарите в Турция. Беше насрочена онлайн консултация за следващият ден. Резултатие бяха добри и лечението което му бяха назначили при изписването остана непроменено. Съобщиха ни, че Боби трябва да постъпи отново в болницата на 03.01.25г., а трансплантацията му ще бъде на 09.01.25г. Във времето от 25.12.24 до 03.01.25г. настъпиха промени в състоянието на Боби, температурата спря, но нещото което ни тормозеше беше липсата на апетит. На 03.01. приеха Боби в болницата, като веднага му пуснаха кръвни изследвания.
Хемоглобинът му беше паднал до 44, преляха му две банки кръв и казаха, че ще го наблюдават в следващите дни. На 07.01.25г. ни съобщиха, че след направено изследване с натривка от периферна кръв са открили бласти. В същият ден бе изготвен пет дневен протокол с химиотерапия. Тези пет дни минаха и сега трябва да се изчака покачване на показателите му и нова пункция за да разберем дали се е повлиял.При следваща промяна на обстоятелствата, ще ви уведомя. Folks, I've been putting off this post in hopes of bringing you the news we've all been looking forward to, but things didn't work out that way. Many of you know that after the immunotherapy was done, which was for 28 days, Bobby's labs were very good and he was discharged from the hospital by his transplant date. He was prescribed medication which he had to take until his next admission to hospital and a date on which a PCC was to be done. On 19.12.24 Bobby was home, feeling fine for the next two days but then started to run a fever.
On 23.12.24. we took him for PCK, the results came out, which I sent to the doctors in Turkey. An online consultation was scheduled for the next day. The results were good and the treatment they had given him at discharge remained unchanged. We were informed that Bobby was to be readmitted to the hospital on 03.01.25 and his transplant would be on 09.01.25. In the time from 25.12.24 to 03.01.25 there were changes in Bobby's condition, the fever stopped but the thing that bothered us was the lack of appetite. On 03.01. Bobby was admitted to the hospital, and blood tests were run immediately.
His haemoglobin had dropped to 44, they transfused two banks of blood and said they would monitor him in the coming days. On 07.01.25 we were told that after a peripheral blood smear test they had found blasts. A five day chemotherapy protocol was drawn up the same day. These five days have passed and now we have to wait for his readings to rise and another puncture to see if he has responded.I will let you know the next time circumstances change.
