Ужасното нещо наречено Рак се върна пак при нас след 11 месеца в ремисия 😢😢😢😢 Синът ми Даниел (на 11г) през април 2022г беше диагностициран със Willms tumor stage 4 blastemal predominant със метастази в белият дроб. След химиотерапия за смаляване на тумора имаше операция за премахване на бъбрека.След агресивна 34 седмична химиотерапия (doxorubicin,cyclophosphamide,etoposide,carboplatin) и 8 сесии радиотерапия той влезе в ремисия до 26 април,когато след X-ray рутинен скан докторите видяха метастаза голяма 2см.
Не мога да опиша ,сърцето ми какво почувства. Разбрахме,че докторите имат лимитирани опции за лечение за рецидив в неговият случай, защото той вече е получил дозите за тази химиотерапия. Радиотерапията също не е опция. Назначиха лечение с по-щадяща химиотерапия (irinotecan, vincristine),но шанса да не повлияе на туморните клетки е висок , тъй като се съмняват,че след агресивната химиотерапия клетките на тумора може да са станали устойчиви на лечение и шанса да оцелее е малък.
С Дани трябва да заминем за Турция много спешно до края на седмицата, за да му се направят наново изследвания и назначи лечение подходящо за него и да му даде шанс да живее!!!!
За лечението трябват над 500 000лв,които са непосилни за мен сама жена ,която сама отглежда близнаци. Дани е истинско ангелче и аз вярвам ,че има шанс.

The horrible thing called Cancer has come back to us again after 11 months in remission 😢😢😢😢 My son Daniel (11 yrs old) was diagnosed with Willms tumor stage 4 blastemal predominant with metastasis to the lung in April 2022. After chemotherapy to shrink the tumor he had surgery to remove the kidney.After an aggressive 34 weeks of chemotherapy (doxorubicin,cyclophosphamide,etoposide,carboplatin) and 8 sessions of radiotherapy he went into remission until April 26,when after an x-ray routine scan the docs saw a 2cm large metastasis.
I can't describe ,my heart what he felt. We found out,that the docs have limited treatment options for recurrence in his case because he has already received the doses for this chemo. Radiotherapy is also not an option. They prescribed a more sparing chemotherapy treatment (irinotecan, vincristine),but the chance of not affecting the tumor cells is high , as they doubt,that after the aggressive chemotherapy the tumor cells may have become resistant to treatment and the chance of survival is low.
Danny and I need to go to Turkey very urgently by the end of the week to get him re-tested and prescribed treatment suitable for him and give him a chance to live!!!!
For the treatment we need more than 500 000 BGN, which is unaffordable for me as a woman raising twins alone. Danny is a real angel and I believe he has a chance.
