Здравейте, през Август 2022г. Деян Спасов бе диагностициран с тумор в мозъка/ в десен таламус/, лявата страна на тялото му изтръпва постоянно, което създава проблем в движенито и координацията му, изморява се бързо и на моменти настъпва неориентация.
При направените прегледи ни беше обяснено, че тази зона е много опасна за операция, че дори биобсията е много рискова процедура, че може да не даде достатъчно информация, че няма много какво да се направи за Деян.
Това ни накара да потърсим мнение в турска клиника, и така стигнахме до Анадолу- Истанбул. Направено му беше ЯМР, което потвърди наличието на ТУ формация, след това и биобсия.
Назначиха му 30 дневен курс, всеки ден, лъчетерапия и химиотерапия през уста. Това наложи на Деян престой от месец и половина в Турция, и неговото желание за живот, сила и смелост му помогнаха, да премине през това сам, защото престоя там е скъп, а и дечицата ни в България имат нужда от своите грижи.
След приключване на лъчетерапията, Деян се прибра вкъщи, но до Януари 2023г. продължи да пие предписаната химия. Януари на контролен ЯМР се видя уголемяване на тумора и това беше голям удар и страх какво предстои. Лечението беше сменено с венозни вливки химео и имунотерапия на 14 дни. Направени му бяха 12 вливки, което наложи пътуване на всеки 14ти ден до Истанбул, престои за по 2 дни, при образно изследване и по 3-4 дни.
Всичко това е обвързано с много средства, разпределяне на времето, отсъствие от децата и дома, но и с много надежда и вяра! И така до Март, когато ни казаха , че тумора е намален с 10мм, а през Май с още 2мм.
Последното ЯМР на 31 Юли показа стабилни показатели, овладяване, но Деян трябва да продължи лечението си, за да подобри резултатите и да достигне ремисия. Ремисия- която ще донесе много радост в семейството ни, радост в очите на децата ни, радост в това, че той ще е до тях в един от най- важния момент в живота им, а именно техния растеж.
Това продължение на лечение е свързано с много средства, непосилни за семейството ни.

Hello, in August 2022. Deyan Spasov was diagnosed with a tumor in his brain/ right thalamus/ left side of his body tingles constantly, which creates a problem in his movement and coordination, he gets tired quickly and at times he becomes disoriented.
During the examinations we were told that this area was very dangerous for surgery, that even biobiont was a very risky procedure, that it might not give enough information, that there was not much that could be done for Dejan.
This led us to seek an opinion in a Turkish clinic, and so we came to Anadolu-Istanbul. He had an MRI, which confirmed the presence of a TU formation, then a biobsy.
He was prescribed a 30 day course, every day, of radiotherapy and chemotherapy by mouth. This necessitated a month and a half stay in Turkey, and his will to live, strength and courage helped him to get through this on his own, because staying there is expensive, and our children in Bulgaria need their care.
After the radiotherapy was finished, Dejan went home, but continued to take the prescribed chemo until January 2023. A January follow-up MRI showed the tumor had enlarged and it was a big blow and scare of what was to come. Treatment was changed to intravenous infusions of chimeo and immunotherapy every 14 days. He had 12 infusions, which required a trip every 14th day to Istanbul, 2 day stays for imaging and 3-4 days.
All of this involved a lot of money, time allocation, time away from the kids and home, but also a lot of hope and faith! And so to March when we were told , that the tumour had been reduced by 10mm and in May by another 2mm.
The last MRI on 31 July showed stable indicators, control, but Dejan needs to continue his treatment to improve the results and reach remission. Remission- which will bring much joy to our family, joy in our children's eyes, joy in knowing that he will be there for them at one of the most important times in their lives, namely their growth.
This continuation of treatment involves a lot of resources beyond our family's means.
This is the reason why we are turning to all of you, with a PRAYER for support so that the treatment can continue, so that a good man and father can be by his family's side and win this battle!
And with faith and hope, I will say- good things, may they come- for all of us, for everyone човек♥️🍀
