Вчера Митко играеше футбол и смееше се. Днес той лежи в болнично легло и се бори за живота си. Един миг промени всичко от безгрижно детство до тежка диагноза, която никое семейство не е готово да чуе.
Нашият син Димитър е само на 10 години едно слънчево дете, което обича футбола, смеха и живота. Само преди няколко дни риташе топка по двора и ни караше да се смеем с безкрайните си шеги. Днес обаче той лежи в болнично легло и се бори за живота си.
Всичко се случи толкова бързо, че още не можем да повярваме. Започна с болка в дясната ръка и краче – мислехме, че е травма, нищо повече. Но после се появи висока температура, която не спираше. Всяка минута тревогата ни растеше. Когато го отведохме в УМБАЛ „Св. Георги“ Пловдив, светът ни се срина . Митко има Миелоидна левкемия.
От няколко дни сме в болницата и животът ни се обърна наопаки. Изследвания, биопсии, химиотерапия… а нашето дете, едва на 10, гледа с очи пълни с надежда и ни учи на смелост, каквато ние самите не знаехме, че имаме. Възможен етап от лечението е трансплантация, а за да му дадем най-голям шанс, вече изпратихме документите му за консултация в няколко водещите клиники в Турция. Там има терапии, медикаменти и специалисти,които могат да му върнат детството и мечтите.
Но това лечение е непосилно за нас. Сумите са огромни и времето ни притиска. Затова молим за вашата подкрепа, всяка помощ е глътка надежда, всяко дарение е стъпка към живота на нашето момче.

Yesterday Mitko was playing football and laughing. Today he is lying in a hospital bed fighting for his life. One moment changed everything from a carefree childhood to a serious diagnosis that no family is ready to hear.
Our son Dimitri is just 10 years old a sunny child who loves football, laughter and life. Just a few days ago he was kicking a ball around the yard and making us laugh with his endless jokes. Today, however, he is in a hospital bed fighting for his life.
It all happened so fast we still can't believe it. It started with pain in his right arm and leg - we thought it was trauma, nothing more. But then came a high fever that wouldn't stop. Every minute our anxiety grew. When we took him to St. Our world collapsed . Mitko has myeloid leukemia.
We have been in the hospital for a few days and our lives have been turned upside down. Tests, biopsies, chemotherapy... and our child, only 10 years old, looks at us with eyes full of hope and teaches us courage we didn't know we had. A transplant is a possible stage of treatment, and to give him the best chance, we have already sent his consultation papers to several leading clinics in Turkey. There are therapies, medications and specialists who can give him back his childhood and dreams.
But this treatment is unaffordable for us. The amounts are huge and time is pressing us. So we ask for your support, every help is a breath of hope, every donation is a step towards our boy's life.
