Скъпи Дарители, имаме новини по кампанията за Теди. За съжаление не са добри, отново. Както знаете преди няколко месеца имаше активна кампания за детенцето, чиято цел беше бъбречна трансплантация. Благодарение на вас сумата се събра изключително бързо, семейството замина за Турция веднага след като показателите на донора (бабата на Теди) бяха добри, извърши се трансплантацията, но организма на Теди отхвърли бъбрека.
Отново отворихме кампанията, като целта беше да се покрие сметката за трите операции, които се наложи да се направят след трансплантацията и изваждането на новия бъбрек, както и да се събере сума за следваща трансплантация. Сега донор ще бъде майката.
За съжаление, обаче, има и допълнително усложнение. Настоящето заболяване на Теди датира от 2016 г, когато при профилактична ПКК на 6 месечна възраст Теди е с данни за анемия.Тя е с тежък анемичен синдром, декомпенсирана метаболитна ацитоза и високи стойности на урея и креатинин.Тогава поради констатация за хронично бъбречно заболяване е започната терапия. На следващ етап е проведена ПББ морфологична диагноза - първично огнище сегментна глоумерна склероза колапсен вариант. Направено е генетично изследвание от което става ясно,че Теди е носител на мутация, която уврежда черния дроб.
Какво означава всичко това? Лекарите са на мнение, че преди да се извърши втория опит за трансплантация на бъбрек (този път донор ще е мама), задължително трябва да се направи чернодробна трансплантация.
Ето защо се налага сумата да се увеличи и кампанията да продължи.
Случая на малката Теди е изключително тежък, но възможностите пред нея са реални и постижими. Тя може да води нормален живот, а дали ще го направи - зависи изцяло от нас!

Детето претърпя 3 операции. С 1вата се премахнаха нейните два бъбрека и се присъди този на донора.2рата се случи 30мин след първата поради моментално отхвърляне на органа и запушване на негов канал,новия бъбрек бе свързан с главна артерия,за да се предотврати повторно запушване.След седмица престой в организма й,той не потръгна,направиха се и все още се извършват куп изследвания,с които да се докаже причината за това,но лекарите все още незнаят защо.Снощи бе извършено отстраняване на бъбрека,поради нефункционирането му,което доведе до неговата "деформация",("смърт"). За да се опази живота на детето,тя бе подложена на Хемодиализа и така трябва да продължи до втори опит за трансплантация.За жалост това премахване на бъбрека и допълителните процедури,които своевременно излезнаха след първата интервенция струват пари,които ние нямаме.Молим за пореден път за вашата помощ.
Сумата, която бе събрана 50107.11лв до момента бе преведена към клиниката и в момента кампанията е на 0 лева.

Казвам се Юлия и съм майка на Теди (Теодора Димитрова). Обръщаме се към всички Вас с молбата и надеждата да ни помогнете, както морално така и финансово.
Нашата малка дъщеричка Теди е на 6 годинки. Тя има рядко генетично заболяване. То е потвърдено, както от българските лекари, така и от лекарите в Турция. В следствие на него тя развива и бъбречна недостатъчност.
Състоянието й в момента е влошено и става все по-зле. Към днешна дата е на поддържащо лечение, но времето ни изтича. Не успяваме да се вредим в листата на чакащи в България, за да се покрие трансплантацията от НЗОК. Имаме донор, който е съгласен да дари бъбрек.
Теди е умна, красива, грижовна и борбена, а скоро ще става и кака.
Ето защо, Ви моля от сърце, да ни подкрепите в този труден за нас момента. Сумата от 25,000 Евро е непосилна за мен и моето семейство, а Теди се влошава с всеки ден.
Dear Donors, we have news on the campaign for Teddy. Unfortunately they are not good, again. As you know, a few months ago there was an active campaign for the child, whose goal was a kidney transplant. Thanks to you the amount was raised very quickly, the family went to Turkey as soon as the donor's (Teddy's grandmother) indicators were good, the transplant was performed, but Teddy's body rejected the kidney.
We reopened the campaign, the goal was to cover the bill for the three surgeries that had to be done after the transplant and the removal of the new kidney, and to raise money for another transplant. Now the donor will be the mother.
Unfortunately, however, there is an additional complication. Teddy's current illness dates back to 2016 when, at a prophylactic PKC at 6 months of age, Teddy was found to be anemic.She had severe anemia, decompensated metabolic acidosis, and high urea and creatinine values.Then, due to a finding of chronic kidney disease, therapy was initiated. Next, morphological diagnosis of PBB was made - primary focal segmental glomerular sclerosis collapse variant. A genetic study was performed which showed that Teddy carries a mutation that damages the liver.
What does all this mean? The doctors are of the opinion that before a second kidney transplant attempt is made (this time the donor will be Mom), a liver transplant is a must.
Therefore, the amount needs to be increased and the campaign needs to continue.
Little Teddy's case is extremely difficult, but the possibilities for her are real and achievable. She can lead a normal life, and whether she will - it depends entirely on us!

The child underwent 3 surgeries. The 1st one removed her two kidneys and awarded this one to the donor.2The kidney transplant happened 30min after the first one due to instant rejection of the organ and blockage of its duct,the new kidney was connected to a main artery to prevent re-blockage.After a week in her body,it did not go well,a bunch of tests were done and are still being done to prove the cause,but the doctors still don't know why.Last night the kidney was removed,due to it not functioning,which led to its "deformity",("death"). In order to protect the child's life, she was put on Hemodialysis and so must continue until a second attempt at transplantation.Unfortunately, this removal of the kidney and the supplemental procedures that promptly came out after the first intervention cost money that we do not have.We ask once again for your help.
The amount that has been raised 50107.11lv so far has been transferred to the clinic and the campaign is currently at 0 leva.

My name is Julia and I am the mother of Teddy (Teodora Dimitrova). We appeal to all of you with the request and hope that you will help us, both morally and financially.
Our little daughter Teddy is 6 years old. She has a rare genetic disease. It has been confirmed by both Bulgarian doctors and doctors in Turkey. As a consequence of it she also developed kidney failure.
Her condition is now deteriorating and getting worse. To date she is on supportive care, but we are running out of time. We are unable to get on the waiting list in Bulgaria for the transplant to be covered by the NHIF. We have a donor who has agreed to donate a kidney.
Teddy is smart, beautiful, caring and fighting, and will soon be a caca.
Therefore, I ask you from the bottom of my heart to support us in this difficult time. The amount of 25,000 Euro is unaffordable for me and my family, and Teddy is getting worse every day.
