Здравейте, скъпи дарители.
Днес споделяме с вас актуална информация за лечението на Слави. Направи се ЯМР (19.02.2024г.) и консултация с радиолог. Въз основа на резултатите беше решено той да премине курс (5 сеанса) на лъчетерапия с технологията Mr. Linac, на стойност 8000 евро. Mr. Linac е съвременен метод технология, която позволявана лекаря да визуализира по-добре туморната тъкан и да коригира дозата на радиация по време на лечението, без да уврежда околните органи.
След приключване на лъчетерапията ще бъде направена консултация с онколог, за да се вземе решение за по-нататъшното лечение на Слави. Ще бъдат обсъдени генетичните изследвания (наличието на мутация KRAS G12C), приемът на оралното лекарство Lumakras 120mg. и венозното лечение, за да се определи най-подходящият план за лечение.
Борбата с тази коварна болест е изключително трудна и сумите за лечението на Слави са непосилни за събиране.

Today we share with you an update on Slavi's treatment. He had an MRI (19.02.2024) and a consultation with a radiologist. Based on the results, it was decided that he will undergo a course (5 sessions) of radiotherapy with Mr. Linac technology, at a cost of 8000 euros. Mr. Linac is an advanced technology method that allows the doctor to better visualize the tumor tissue and adjust the radiation dose during the treatment without damaging the surrounding organs.
After the completion of the radiotherapy, a consultation with an oncologist will be made to decide on further treatment for Slavi. Genetic testing (presence of KRAS G12C mutation), intake of the oral medication Lumakras 120mg. and intravenous treatment will be discussed to determine the most appropriate treatment plan.
The fight against this insidious disease is extremely difficult and the sums for Slavi's treatment are prohibitive to raise.
