На 17.08.2023 год. и на основание чл. 57, ал. 1 и чл. 56, ал. 2 от Закона за устройство на територията (ЗУТ) и чл. 2, ал. 4 и чл. 5, ал. 1 от Наредба за реда и условията за поставяне на преместваеми обекти и елементи на градското обзавеждане на територията на Община Бобошево, получихме дългоочакваното разрешение за поставяне на скулптурата на Св. Иван Рилски.
За да получи разрешението от Община Бобошево за поставяне на скулптурата, екипът на фондацията представи редица документи пред компетентните органи. Сред представената документация бяха представени следните документи :
С настоящото разрешение Община Бобошево утвърди местонахождението на което ще бъде изградена и поставена скулптурата на светеца Иван Рислки, а именно:
Тротоарното пространство, заключено между ул. с о.т. 13-14 и ул. с о.т. 14-36 по регулационния план на с. Скрино, община Бобошево, област Кюстендил, одобрен със заповед 801/08.03.1963 год. съгласно представената проектна документация на обекта, включваща част „Архитектура” и част „Конструкции”.
Преместваемият обект /скулптура на Св. Иван рилски/ представлява монументално-декоративен елемент на градската среда, а настоящото. Настоящото разрешение представлява неразделна част от представената проектна документация и се издава във връзка с постъпилото заявление подадено от Фондацията с вх. № 2068/10.08.2023 год.
Настоящото разрешение е одобрено от Главният архитект на Община Бобошево арх. Никола Дюлгеров.

On 17.08.2023 and on the basis of Art. 57, para. 1 and art. 56, par. 2 of the Spatial Planning Act (ZUT) and art. 2, par. 4 and art. 5, par. 1 of the Ordinance on the terms and conditions for the placement of movable objects and elements of urban furniture on the territory of the Municipality of Boboshevo, we have received the long-awaited permission for the placement of the sculpture of St.. Ivan Rilski.
In order to obtain the permission from the Municipality of Boboshevo for the placement of the sculpture, the Foundation team submitted a number of documents to the competent authorities. Among the documentation submitted were the following documents :
With this permit, the Municipality of Boboshevo has approved the location where the sculpture of Saint Ivan Risnky will be erected and placed, namely:
The sidewalk space, locked between the street with o.no. 13-14 and the street with o.no. 14-36 on the regulation plan of the village. Skrino, Boboshevo municipality, Kyustendil district, approved by order 801/08.03.1963 according to the submitted project documentation of the site, including part "Architecture" and part "Structures".
The movable object /sculpture of St. Ivan of Rila/ is a monumental-decorative element of the urban environment, and the present. This permit forms an integral part of the submitted project documentation and is issued in connection with the application submitted by the Foundation with reference No. 2068/10.08.2023.
This permit has been approved by the Chief Architect of the Municipality of Boboshevo Arch. Nikola Dyulgerov.
