Казвам се Ирина и съм майка на Ванеса. Бих искала да Ви разкажа историята й и да Ви помоля за помощ.
Ванеса е на 7г. Родена в термин след нормално протекла бременност, но на втория месец след раждането е установен мозъчен кръвоизлив, ДИК синдром и Сепсис. Въпреки започнатото лечение в следващите месеци развива хидроцифелия и на 5-месечна възраст се налага поставянето на вентрикуло-перитонеален шънт (клапа).
Детето е и със симптоматична епилепсия и детска церебрална парализа. Въпреки, че лекарите нямаха надежда за нея, тя се е вкопчила здраво в живота и продължава борбата за него. Ванеса има нужда от всекидневни рехабилитации и работа с различни специалисти. Това ще направи живота й по-лек и ще я приближи малко повече към „нормалното”детство. От 2019г с нея започват работа специалистите в център „Рибем” - Турция, както и да следят състоянието й най-добрите лекари там - невролог Prof.Dr.Burak Tatli, ортопед - Doc.Dr.Fuat Bilgili, Pr.Dr.Atakan Aydin, офтамолог - Prof.Dr.Huseyin Yetik.
До този момент Ванеса има само две операции - едната е на 5-месечна възраст за поставяне на клапата през 2015г и една през 2017г. за ревизия. Преди три години е установена локсация на двете тазобедрени стави. Налага се операция, но заради епилепсията се следи постоянно състоянието й и ще бъде направена в подходящия момент. По преценка на лекарите е планувано поставянето на ботокс на ръчичките и крачетата, за да се избегнат бъдещи контрактури.
Средствата необходими за лечението й са непосилни за нас. Борим се с всички сили, но няма да се справим финансово без Вашата подкрепа!

My name is Irina and I am Vanessa's mother. I would like to tell you her story and ask for your help.
Vanessa is 7 years old. She was born at term after a normal pregnancy, but in the second month after birth she was diagnosed with cerebral hemorrhage, DIC syndrome and Sepsis. Despite treatment initiated in the following months, she developed hydrocephalus and at the age of 5 months required a ventriculo-peritoneal shunt (valve).
The child was also symptomatic with epilepsy and cerebral palsy. Although the doctors had no hope for her, she has clung tightly to life and continues to fight for it. Vanessa needs daily rehabilitation and work with various specialists. This will make her life easier and bring her a little closer to a "normal" childhood. Since 2019 the specialists at Ribem Center - Turkey will start working with her and the best doctors there will monitor her condition - neurologist Prof.Dr.Burak Tatli, orthopedist - Doc.Dr.Fuat Bilgili, Pr.Dr.Atakan Aydin, ophthalmologist - Prof.Dr.Huseyin Yetik.
So far Vanessa has had only two surgeries - one at 5 months old for flap placement in 2015 and one in 2017 for revision. Three years ago, both hip joints were found to be loxed. Surgery is required but due to her epilepsy her condition is constantly monitored and will be done at the appropriate time. At the discretion of the doctors, Botox is planned to be placed on the arms and legs to avoid future contractures.
The funds required for her treatment are prohibitive for us. We are fighting with all our might, but we cannot manage financially without your support!
For this we are appealing to all good people who can help. I turn to you with a request and hope that you will be able to give a happy childhood and a normal way of life to a child! A child who has to cope with his extraordinary fate!
