Забавих малко изразходването на дарените средства за пострадалите, тъй като в началото имаше огромен наплив от помагащи и получих информация, че се закупуват всякакви неща от първа нужда, както и храна и се изпращат без никаква организация. Респективно много от нещата са ненужни.
В този ред на мисли проучих и прецених, че БЧК изразходват средствата рационално и за това реших да ги насоча към тях.
