Плащането по първата вливка няма да бъде възстановено и остава за "моя сметка" (4167,12 лв). Радвам се, че банката и организацията защиават правата на дарителите, но къде са правата на болните?! Така заради сгрешена проформа, в която не бяха предвидени увеличенията на цените от тази година, аз трябваше да избера дали да платя първата процедура на 10-ти или да се върна в България без да стартираме лечението. Изключително разочароващо!!!
Имайки предвид дните, които отнема одобрение и получаване на SWIFT при плащане от платформата, искрено се надявам ходенето ми на 17-ти да не остане само разходка.The payment of the first infusion will not be refunded and remains for "my account" (4167,12 BGN). I am glad that the bank and the organization protect the rights of the donors, but where are the rights of the patients?! So because of a wrong proforma, which did not provide for the price increases from this year, I had to choose whether to pay for the first procedure on the 10th or return to Bulgaria without starting the treatment. Extremely frustrating!!! Considering the days it takes to get approval and SWIFT upon payment from the platform, I sincerely hope my walk-in on the 17th doesn't remain a walk-in.
