Hello friends, it is with a heavy heart that I write to you about my daughter Lily. We urgently need to go to Germany for a life saving operation.

She currently has a pneumothorax of the lung and an unspecified mass. The treating team made the decision to send her there for treatment and diagnosis. We have to transfer this huge and unaffordable amount to the clinic by April 26th.

She is 15 years old. It all started in August 2021, a day that turned our lives upside down and we found ourselves in a world we never even knew existed. That's when she was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma.

With a lot of faith and love, Lily went through tough chemo and radiation treatments, surgery to remove the tumor and place an endoprosthesis on her foot, several follow-up surgeries due to inflammation in the implant area, and constant rehab and treatments. At the beginning of February this year, he entered the clinic with shortness of breath and cough. At the last x-ray done, a massive total pneumothorax was found on the right and she was referred for placement of a drain. She recovered quickly, but on 09.04.2024 she started coughing up blood and so we ended up back in clinic referred for surgery.

I won't write about the fear and terror that tried to overwhelm us. We believe in the good and are filled with hope that this relentless battle will end happily too!
