Казвам се Калина на 45 години от град Стара Загора. По образование съм бакалавър по “Стопанско управление”, но от 12 години съм се отдала изцяло на грижа към сина си, който е с ДЦП (детска церебрална парализа) и епилепсия. Преди 6 години за първи път усетих тази нетърпима болка. През цялото време до сега съм лекувала безуспешно дискова херния. Съвсем наскоро бях диагностицирана с рядко заболяване - Периневрални кисти на Тарлов. В нашата страна това заболяване няма код по МКБ (Международна класификация на болестите). Няма регистър в Министерството на Здравеопазването и НЗОК на пациентите с кисти на Тарлов в България, все едно не съществуваме. Поради тази причина няма как да се лекувам в нашата страна. Единственото лечение е операция.
Може би някои от вас се чудят в какво се състои, всъщност, тази болест?
Болката е по целия кръст, ходила, слабини, която идва когато си реши - силна и непоносима. Лекарствата не помагат. До момента след всяка инжекция лекувахме новопоявила се болка. И така минават мъчителните години. В един момент започнах да си движа трудно краката, не знаех какво да правя, но знаех, че дори и да се обърна към някой лекар, той ще ми изпише отново инжекции и обезболяващи без да усетя ефекта им.
Каква е възможността пред мен?
В болница AIMIS в Лимасол, Кипър имат опит с лечението на Периневрални кисти на Тарлов. Офертата от тях е на стойност 49 900 евро, сума непосилна за моето семейство. Имам нужда от Вашата подкрепа, за да бъдат събрани средствата за операцията и отново да съм пълноценна майка, и да мога да се грижа за сина си, а той има нужда от мен постоянно.

My name is Kalina, 45 years old from Stara Zagora. I have a bachelor's degree in "Business Management", but for 12 years I have devoted myself entirely to caring for my son, who has cerebral palsy and epilepsy. It was 6 years ago that I first felt this intolerable pain. All the time until now I have been unsuccessfully treated for a disc herniation. More recently I was diagnosed with a rare condition - Perineural Tarlov Cysts. In our country this disease has no ICD (International Classification of Diseases) code. There is no registry in the Ministry of Health and the NHIF of patients with Tarlov's cysts in Bulgaria, as if we did not exist. For this reason, there is no way to be treated in our country. The only treatment is surgery.
Maybe some of you are wondering what this disease actually consists of?
The pain is all over the waist, feet, groin, which comes when you decide - strong and unbearable. Medicines do not help. So far, after each injection, we have been treating a new pain. And so the painful years pass. At one point I started having difficulty moving my legs, I didn't know what to do, but I knew that even if I went to a doctor, he would prescribe injections and painkillers again without me feeling their effect.
What was the possibility before me?
