От началото на годината бучката и възпалението, които Павел имаше от вътрешната страна на дясното си бедро, много бързо нарастнаха. Болките му станаха нетърпими. Не можеше да спи. Това ни наведе на мисълта, че не е просто някакво разтягане или възпаление на нерв, мускул или нещо подобно.
След посещение при лекар му беше назначен ЯМР, който при разчитането показа туморно образование с вношителните 167мм като размер.
Стрестнати от констатацията, поискахме петскенер, но се оказа, че в България, независимо дали по здравна каса или платен прием (който е доста скъп) трябва да се чака ред, поне месец. След което се чака 20 работни дни, за да бъде разчетен. Това ни накара да вземем решение и за отидем да направим петскенер в Истанбул на 1ви Февруари 2024г
Добрата новина в случая е, че все още няма разсейки на друго място във вътрешните органи като белите дробове.Препоръката на лекарите е възможно най-скоро да се направи много прецизна и специална биопсия изискваща болничен престой и анестезия, както на туморното образование така и на засегнатата кост.
След което да се предприеме минимум десетдневна лъчетерапия, която да бъде последвана от изключително сложна операция направена от Онко ортопед в присъствието на сърдечно съдов хирург, заради опасната близост на минаващата главна артерия до туморното образование. Около седмица болничен престой под лекарско наблюдение, и най вероятно след възстановяване от операцията, химиотерапия.

About a week of hospital stay under medical supervision, and most likely after recovery from surgery, chemotherapy.
