Здравейте мили дарители! Приключих с двата курса химиотерапия, този последният беше по-тегав ,тъй като ми излязоха афти и вдигах температури, но това са очаквани странични ефекти така ,че няма за какво да се безпокоим. Изисквам плащане за събирането на стволови клетки, тъй като ми го направиха вчера, което е страхотно ,а обработването им отнема около 2 седмици. Процедурата не беше много лека, трябваше да ми слагат катетър ,защото се изискват здрави вени, които да издържат 5-6-часовият процес ,но днеска го махнахме ,защото не ми трябва повече. Скоро ми предстои PET скенер ,за който нямам търпение. Ако всичко е наред с резултата от него, преливаме обработените ми стволови клетки и приключваме с лечението. После ще имам редовни проследявания, разбира се, те са много важни. Ще Ви уведомя веднага след като получа резултат от скенера така ,че стискайте ми палци всичко да е наред - аз мисля ,че ще е. :))Hello dear donors! I have finished both courses of chemotherapy, this last one was harder as I got aphthae and fevers, but these are expected side effects so nothing to worry about. I do require payment for the stem cell harvest as I had it done yesterday which is great , and they take about 2 weeks to process. The procedure wasn't very easy , I had to have a catheter put in , because it requires strong veins to withstand the 5-6 hour process , but today it was removed , because I don't need it anymore. I have a PET scan coming up soon ,which I can't wait for. If all is well with the result of it, we transfuse my treated stem cells and finish the treatment. Then I will have regular follow ups, of course they are very important. I'll let you know as soon as I get the scanner result so keep your fingers crossed that everything will be fine - I think it will be. :))
