Здравейте скъпи приятели и дарители. От няколко месеца не сме давали информация за Миленка, защото се надявахме нещата да се оправят. Но за съжаление състоянието на Миленка се усложни и от няколко месеца се борим с различни проблеми. Вече два месеца лежи в болницата в Истанбул. Имаше инфекция, която за щастие успяхме да овладеем, но много трудно. Няколко седмици вече е на антибиотици, има проблеми с кръвното и освен това и съдовете и вече се увреждат от диализата. Хемодиализите и се провеждат много трудно и лекарите взеха решение да мине на перитониална дализа, но за да се случи това трябва първо да се изчисти напълно от инфекцията. Отделно има и хематологични проблеми, правиха и много изследвания включително биопсия от костен мозък. За щастие резултатите ни успокоиха. Към момента трансплантацията не може да бъде извършена, докато не се стабилизира общото и състояние. Миленка е много много борбено и послушно дете, сигурна съм, че ще скоро всичко ще се оправи и ще се прибере в България здрава. Обръщаме се отново с призив за помощ към вас, тъй като вече имаме задължения към болницата, които не можем да покрием, имаме нова проформа от болницата, която публикуваме и се надяваме отново на вашата подкрепа в този труден момент.

Hello dear friends and donors. We haven't given any information about Milenka for a few months because we were hoping things would get better. But unfortunately Milenka's condition has become more complicated and we have been struggling with various problems for a few months. She has been in the hospital in Istanbul for two months now. She had an infection, which fortunately we managed to control, but very difficult. She's been on antibiotics for a few weeks now, she's having blood problems and on top of that her vessels are already getting damaged from the dialysis. Her hemodialysis is very difficult and the doctors have decided to go on peritoneal dialysis, but for that to happen she needs to be completely cleared of infection first. Separately she has hematological problems and they did many tests including a bone marrow biopsy. Fortunately the results reassured us. At the moment the transplant cannot be done until her general condition is stabilized. Milenka is a very very fighting and obedient child, I am sure that everything will be fine soon and she will come home to Bulgaria healthy. We are appealing to you again for help as we already have debts to the hospital that we cannot cover, we have a new proforma from the hospital that we are publishing and we hope again for your support at this difficult time.
