Казвам се Мария Панева на 50год. от гр.Садово.Майка на две деца и баба на две прекрасни внучета.През 2018г. бях диагностицирана с ендометриален карцином и претърпях две операции в България,както и лъчетерапия.
Две години по-късно се появи подутина на дясната ръка.След направената ми биопсия в началото на месец Май 2020г. ми поставиха диагноза метастаза от ендометриален стромален сарком.
Единственият ми шанс за живот според лекарите в България беше ампутация на ръката.Болките бяха непосилни ,но болкоуспокоителни на обречени, трудно се изписват в България.Плануваха ми операция в Горна баня за 22.06.2020г. за ампутация,но през това време се свързах чрез д-р Ходжев с болница Аджъбадем Маслак в Турция. Вместо за Горна баня тръгнах за болницата в Турция.След направена консултация с проф.Харзем Йозгер стана ясно ,че ръката ми може да бъде спасена.Направиха ми всички необходими изследвания и диагностицираха ендометриален недиференциран карцином.
Онкологът проф.Йешим Ералп ми назначи 34 лъчетерапии и 4 химиотерапии за смаляване на тумора на стойност -30000лв. .На 18 август претърпях операция за отстраняване на тумора-120000лв..Операцията мина успешно,спасиха ми ръката,но лечението продължава.Назначиха ми имунотерапия за 1 година през 3 седмици.Една вливка беше на стойност-2700 евро.Направих 15 вливки ,но направих възпаление на ръката и ги спряха.През Октомври месец се установи ,че има счупване на импланта и се планира втора операция.Тя се извърши през месец април 2022г. и беше доста тежка.
До този момент всичко плащахме чрез дарителска сметка,кутии с дарения,благотворителни кампании и кредити.Без помощта на всички познати и непознати,аз нямаше да успея да се справя.Подкрепата, която получих беше за мен едно „чудо”, което ме спаси.Засега ракът изчезна,но има едно „но”-появи се пак възпаление от април 2023г.
Проведох терапии с антибиотици,но нещата се задълбочиха и се налага спешна операция.
Сумата е непосилна за мен и моето семейство-70 000лв.За жалост възможностите ни се изчерпаха. Моля се чудото да се случи отново и да успея и този път.
My name is Maria Paneva, 50 years old, from Sadovo, mother of two children and grandmother of two beautiful grandchildren.In 2018 I was diagnosed with endometrial cancer and underwent two surgeries in Bulgaria, as well as radiotherapy.
Two years later I developed a lump on my right arm.After a biopsy in early May 2020 I was diagnosed with metastasis from endometrial stromal sarcoma.
My only chance for life according to the doctors in Bulgaria was amputation of the arm.The pain was unbearable but painkillers of doom are hard to prescribe in Bulgaria.They planned my surgery in Gorna Banya for 22.06.2020 for amputation,but during this time I contacted through Dr. Khodzev to Agyabadem Maslak Hospital in Turkey. Instead of going to Gorna Banya I went to the hospital in Turkey.After a consultation with Prof. Harzem Özger it became clear that my arm could be saved.They did all the necessary tests and diagnosed me with endometrial undifferentiated carcinoma.
The oncologist Prof. Yeshim Eralp prescribed 34 radiotherapies and 4 chemotherapies to shrink the tumor at a cost of 30,000lv. On August 18th I underwent surgery to remove the tumor-120000lv..The surgery was successful, they saved my arm, but the treatment is still going on.They prescribed immunotherapy for 1 year in 3 weeks.One infusion was worth-2700 euro.I did 15 infusions, but I had inflammation of the arm and they stopped them.In October it was found that there was a fracture of the implant and a second operation was planned.It was performed in April 2022 and was quite severe.
Up to this point we have paid for everything through a donation account,donation boxes,charity campaigns and loans.Without the help of everyone I know and strangers,I would not have been able to cope.The support I have received has been a "miracle" that has saved me.So far the cancer is gone,but there is a "but"-the inflammation has reappeared in April 2023.
I had antibiotic treatment,but things got worse and I had to have emergency surgery.
The amount is unaffordable for me and my family-70,000lv.Unfortunately we have run out of options. I pray that the miracle will happen again and I will succeed this time.
